no doubt its a cool bike !

 

I am waiting to get a new seat to replace the covered board! At least riding tonight (low 40s) was brisk enough to not WORRY about the seat.

Cool bike....(not that i'm biased or anything) and I once again have to say...love the color. I wonder how many black vs orange XL50's are being made? Anyone have any numbers on production? Cheers

 

A previous post seemed to indicate (with knowledge) that the orange and vivid black are each getting 1000 copies. Next time I go the the factory here in KC, I'll ask.

Welcome Smokeygold. I saw a black XL-50 #111 at Gail's Harley Davidson in Belton (south Kansas City) today. It said "License applied for" but I am not sure if that means it is sold or it is being used as a demo.

Welcome, Randy. I took a close look at teh Orange XL-50s yesterday and have to say it's a nice looking color. I hope you enjoy your bike as much as I am enjoying mine. Put about 500 miles on this weekend. The bike seems to be "loosening up" more and more. Also, I finally got some pictures taken, so I'll be posting some soon.
