Default Looking for waterproof/ good tool bag

I am looking for a good looking, well made and water proof tool bag to mount on the front forks. I know there are 1000's of them out there but I would like to hear from riders who are happy with theirs.
I would like to keep my tool kit, reg/insurance paper work in it. Most I see are held on by small belts and buckles, I plan to add wire ties for extra security.
I also have heard that some bags all too large and damage the paint on the front fender.
Thanks in advance for any ideas, if poss. please let me know model numbers and web sites.

Thanks JIM

Well for my registration I put it in a zip top bag and rolled in into its self.
Either that or a stash tube for it.
As for your other stuff, try the zip top bag or just take it out once a week and wipe the tools with an oily rag.
You may even be able to find in the purse area or luggage section of wally world a waterproof bag that can be dropped into your leather bag.

Just a couple of ideas for you.
