If it's an option buy used,you can buy a real nice low miled Sportster 883/1200 for under $5k,if it has to be FI bike go back to 97'. I'm going used again,by Jan. I should have enough back for a used Dyna/Softail in the $6-7k range. Going with more space for Dawn & I can finally keep my Sportster a solo bike permanently

 

Best point made in the whole thread look at out the door prices .. when they give you the spiel and start clustering around and hesitate just tell them out the door price without the Bullshit .. Or walk out the door yourself .. It's Buyers Market enjoy it while you can .. Can remember used to have to put up a deposit and wait 6 months before you just might get a Harley .. Reason I never bought new during those times ..

 

If MSRP drops that much, it's guarateed to equate to quality. My question would be, what is that $2000 price drop costing me?
