Real Harley owners dont wear full face helmets?

I wear a full face most of the time because people try to run me down all of the time around here and I feel safer in that than a little brain bucket. I really don't care if someone thinks I look stupid. I ride for me. Even when I lived in Montana with no helmet law I wore the full face in the winter time. Too dang cold not to.

I only have full face helmets. I'd love to rock a half that looks like my kevlar for, uhh, work you could say:-)
I like my chin. Its not perfect but its mine.
My buddy ALWAYS wears a half. Couple weeks back he went riding when it was cold out, so he wore his full. Sure as S**t he laid it down. Tore up the front of that full face, right on the chin. Broke his vent too. Asked him if he was going back to the half and he said "of course-when it warms up again!" der...
Up to personal preference, but I'd rather get laughed at for a full face than for being that guy without a chin.

Here is a good reason to wear a full face: http://www.flickr.com/photos/roentgenator/3666415593/ or http://www.flickr.com/photos/roentge...7601198404570/

This frequency of impact diagram is persuasive. I always wore a full face until this year. I have been riding 8 years, 45k and rode without my helmet for the first time this summer, on hot days.
I have to admit it felt great riding without a helmet. But next summer I will buy a 3/4 helmet for hot days.

Are you riding a knock off harley or something? If its real then your a "real" harley owner.
I wear both. 3/4" licks novdot in summer, and a flat black icon helmet durring cold season/long freeway rides.
Wear what you like, not what others try to tell you to.
Real harley riders don't tell people what they can and can't wear. Those people are the ones who are usually posers and don't have a bike in the first place. I see it all the time in person.
