Real Harley owners dont wear full face helmets?

I have a FF and a 1/2 but never wear the FF only because it hinders my vision and hearing. But I wear my 1/2 just about everywhere. Occasionally, I will go without and I always notice that some Harley riders don't wave when I've got the helmet on...who cares what the hell anyone thinks? Those are usually the guys who are nothing but weekend warriors out posing with the one set of HD garb they got for Christmas that they wear weekend after weekend.
Personally, I could give a **** what anyone thinks of my helmet. My only concern when I'm riding is my head and my passenger's head.
Safety should be number one concern, not trying to see how bad-*** you think you look.

I have a vintage Simpson Drag-pro bandit for the winter, a pink glitter biltwell 3/4 non-dot for daily riding, a non-dot 1/2 shell for trips where I don't want to leave the biltwell out and a Bell moto 3 just for the hell of it...where what you are comfortable with who cares what people say.

Most times I wear a 3/4 helmet. However, I always wear ear plugs when I do. I suddenly (overnight) went deaf in one ear about two years ago so it's vital that I protect the hearing in my one good ear.
Now, when it's 18 degrees outside, it's just too brutal IMHO to wear anything other than a full face helmet. Folks can call me a wimp if they want. I'm going to wear what's most comfortable. I don't give a crap what other people think (unless it's my mom or they sign my paycheck). Heck, there are times during the year that I ride to work with the full face helmet and ride home with the 3/4 helmet.
