Real Harley owners dont wear full face helmets?

Real Harley owners? It just takes about $10k and a trip to a dealership and BAM, you're a real Harley owner. Or better, 3-4k and a look through the used ads.
I've seen a few full face helmets for sale at the dealer. I have never liked to wear the full face personally. I just don't feel comfortable in them at all. But my usually wife wears a full face.
What you wear is completely up to you. I've got some friends who wear full face helmets, and it didn't cause their Harley's to suddenly transform into Honda's. Don't put something on to try and conform to some stereotype. You have the freedom to put on anything you want. Perhaps you care too much for what others think?

so.. in addition to my first response, didn't think about this at the time. My hearing!!! through years of stupidity, loud car stereos, playing guitar through a loud amp, etc my hearing has taken a beating, I'm now older and want to save my hearing, I realize it won't come back, but I'm gonna save what I can. full face helmets seem to protect a bit of that (I'm now combining it with ear plugs also) I'm willing to do that to save my hearing and not spend my life going "huh".
Same here... FF + musician's earplugs most of the time. Even with a FF there's enough wind noise at highway speeds to cause hearing damage over time. I can still hear traffic/sirens just fine, and my ears don't ring after a longer ride.

For around town riding, I do not wear them.
