Those would be fake "real riders". As opposed to virtual riders.

I'm surprised how few people I see say they wear a modular helmet. Its literally the best of both worlds. If its too hot, flip it up and boom you have a 3/4 helmet. FF is too constricting for me, I like the option of being able to flip up the mask and be able to get a drink or something if I want.

I see it going that way too. It could be the expense, weight, or for me, lack of SNELL approval (except one brand I'm aware of).

Concur will all above. Wear what YOU want to wear and are comfortable in. All the rest can bite a big one!

totally agree.. where what you feel comfortable with. Personally my FF has saved my life so unless I am just riding around town, it is always on.

All this stuff reminds me of primary school - "Cool kids don't wear Reeboks" etc.

Some people never leave the playground.

I was following a heavy truck a few years ago, down a winding country lane, with no safe opportunity to pass for a while. There was something strange about it, which I realised was an object stuck between it's double tyres. I dropped back, as a half brick shot out like a mortar shell! Fortunately I was well clear of it, but it can happen.
