I see Bandidos riding around Western Washington with full face helmets more than half helmets. If they can handle it, I think anyone could. It's even become a club bike stereotype: "Blacked out Dyna, check! Black apes, check! 2 into 1 pipe, check! Black helemt with dark visor, check!"
My silver full face helmet is a perfect match of my silver/black Low Rider. I quit caring about what other people thought about me a long time ago. Figure that's their problem.
So my question is, do I look douchey riding around with a full face helmet and gloves and nothing else? Am I the butt of all jokes when other motorcycle guys drive by?

I figure since I'm already not riding a "Real" Harley anyway, I may as well continue on with my full-face helmet and Alpinestars textile jacket!
I know you are joking..but.....so a Sportster is not a "real Harley"? Did you know that was Harley's answer to the "in" crowd....the crowd that would never be caught riding a couch and were buying British bikes for speed.
