Glad you got it sorted however $33.60 plus the trouble of hauling it up there and going back to get it when you had no less than five people suggest that it was the fuse/relay corrosion issue makes me wonder why you posted for help in the first place.

This is a known problem. I have had this happen to me too manytimes before the shop got a handle on it. numerous batteries and relays and cleanouts. last time i had a problem was back in april at the leesburg bikefest. i got new relays and they look to be a little different from the ones that kept going bad. the bad ones are all black. the new ones i have are black on the outside and where the terminals are is white. so maybe they redesigned them to keep the corrosion from getting inside.
