2000 XL1200c

Trying to figure out why the speedo and tach has stopped working. Nothing on the bike was changed but for some reason the rpm gauge jumps to 1000rpm when the bike is running but never moves up or down. Speedo does not work at all and the odometer does not turn either. He says there is power to both gauges. Also, the blinkers don't work either?

Suggestions on where to start looking to try and figure this problem out?

I had the same problem when my bike was new, the dealer replaced the speedo, some moisture got to it.

 

Was it just the speedo or did you lose tach and blinkers too?
