No, don't paint it! That bike looks classic with the red and racing design..almost the cafe racer look.

Looks great. My brake line looks similarly bent, no probs at all so far. If you're thinking about painting your forwards, I'd suggest getting them powder coated instead. they'll hold up much better for you and should look great for a long time.
I dig the more forward aggressive riding position on my bike too. My back got used to it...

 

Like the forward controls. The bars look radical. I just laid mine back a bit, gives it that old school look. Should have left that other mirror on. Going to put a solo seat on? You riding this like a crotch rocket?

That's exactly the look I want on mine! Heck, I want the tins satin black. The only thing I want gloss black is the frame and a gloss black pin-stripe on the front/rear fender and the tank.

 

Looks nice. How hard was it to install the controls and did you run into any problems?

 

Very cool look, When I put my drag bars on, the brake line did the same thing... no problems yet. My stealer told me I would have trouble. Because he is an jag.
