looks great! the smoke candy looks great over the ground coat. shifter is cool to!

how do you add the glitter...let it tack up some and shake it on? did you wet sand after every coat of paint?

i plan on spraying mine and have used the metalcast before....just think the glitter would be a great idea , thanks for any info

Thanks guys! My billit aluminum shifter handle feel off on the way to the smoke out west. So I bought a dollar screw driver, and I've left it on since. Very comfortable.

The pipes were just generic drags ,but were modified by Irish Rich.

I sprinkled glitter as best as I could, and even dropped it in the paintspray stream where dropping glitter wouldn't work. After laying down all the colors and glitter, I hit it with a can of clear, next day, I wet sanded, then hit it with more clear, dry, wet sanded again and so on...
Sanded/cleared I think 3 times, before all the bumps from the glitter were gone.

I liked your bike when you were building it. Then I didn't like it with the red/orange paint job. I just didn't think that paint matched the bike at all. But now, it looks GREAT!!! This paint scheme really looks good on that! It may be a touch too much glitter for me, but damn that thing looks good now!

Looking good! I'm digging the solid rear wheel. The hardtail gives the bike some great lines. Keep it up!

Thanks guys! The red and orange didn't fully do it for me either.
