Hello i'm new to the forum and just bought a 2010 48 so i was hopin someone knew if the Rush black slip ons match HD heat shields with the holes on them?
or should i just go with the HD screamin eagle slip ons since they match the black heat shields perfectly.
is there a big difference from the HD screamin eagle slip ons or the rush slip ons?

 

We offer stock replacement heatshields that are powder coated to match our mufflers. The Rush slip ons do not match the HD heatshields. There is a huge difference between SE and Rush slip ons. The main difference is our baffle selection, 4 sizes for the Sportster. Our 2.00" baffle is the most popular and is much more aggressive sounding then the SE.

i have rush slipons and se heatsheilds and they match great. i understand ur tryin to sell product but come on. one complaint i have about my rush pipes is they are startin to rust through the black paint. other than that i love them.

 

I would say they match decently, maybe a small difference in the shading, but I find no concern with it.

I have rush slip ons with the se heatshields and never gave it a seconds thought if they matched up till now.
A little rust on the rush now and then gets the high heat rattle can touch up
