Default Hardbags

Just wondered if anyone out there runs or knows someone who runs NON HD hardbags on their Sporty. There are a few choices out there but putting an eye on a set before buying is proving to be a challenge

Here's a thread on the Hardstreet bags. I was going to run these bags until I got a blazing deal on some leather US Saddlebags.

I looked at going the hardbag route until I found LeatherPros. I did get a set of the HardStreet Slimbags, but when I held them up for a 'test fitting' I didn't like how far off the back they would be (past the rear fender) as well as the fact that they would not work with the HD rear turn signal kit I already had on. I went back to the drawing board and came up with the LeatherPros. If you like them, send me a PM and I can provide some info on how you can get them at 20% off of retail.

Thanks Guys! I checked both links, I like the looks of the hardstreet bags but they do sit back pretty far. I've got a set of bag bracket now from my throwovers that is pretty solid and could maybe use them for mounts....

Are you talkin' about the classic touring Hardstreet bags or the "Slimbags" they make?
