Do any of you guys use a saddlebag support with the throw over bags to prevent them from hitting the swingarm?

wow whos the one wound up? it was just an observation. and you would think that if someone wanted to see what bags looked like on a comparable bike it would matter if they were installed properly in order to make a good decision as to whether or not they look good.

I think you are confused... They are facing the wrong way. the fat part of the bag should be in front.

Bought mine of EBAY, but would love to have a set of hard bags, just not willing to pay for them I guess.....WVleo

HD, I use the ones from J&P Cycles. Although you can't see them you can see that the bags hang perfectly straight.
That oily board is oily from changing the fork springs about a year and a half ago, in case anyone had an unseemly thought about an oil leak. Those bags were $96.00 and free shipping at J&P C.

I forgot to mention, I have a detachable backrest. HD's website has no offering for a support with the detachable. So far no luck in that search, but haven't spent too much time on it.
