I have a "05 883 standard that has no vibs in the handlebars or mirrors or footpegs. I will add i have added 6"z-bars and mini iso wings. If you have a '04-07 thats has vibs check the lower front rubber motor mount, i've seen over 10 rubber mounts that where loose, they torque to 65-70lbs. Buy a manaul and keep everything tighted up, the motors mounts need to be done at the 10,000 mile check up but sometimes they need it way before. And on the soild mounts it helps too if you keep the motor mounts torqued too. If you ride alot where they vib you can change the gearing to move it up or down.

With my '03 I seem to have a constant bussing thru the handlebars/grips but really don't find it any more bothersome than on the V-Star I had B4 this bike. I don't go on long trips and therefore probably have managed to find the vibration rate tolerable.

When I said rigid mount, what I mean is you couldn't loosen these direct frame to engine mounts without an impact wrench.
