could be rocker box...
and also could be blow by

i keep my oil level below half full, and have installed a "blow by" to keep the oil outta the air filter.

very strange that your first oil change was fine and the second was a problem. wonder whether you might have over filled? in any case, imo a sporty with more than half full oil is overfilled !!

Just how cheap and easy is it? 4 stealerhips in the area quoted me between 200.00 and 380.00, not really looking to pay this much if I can avoid it.

New gaskets will not fix this without alot of silicon. HD has a bunch of warped boxes out there, mine included. Goop it up with silicon, and be done with it. Or get new rocker boxes

Been looking for the torque specs but can't find them anywhere, care to share that info?
