I feel like a kid on December 23rd! I pick up my Iron in less than 36 hours! I have been waiting for almost 2 months!! What the hell do I do for the next day and a half???

Start making a list of all the mods you'll want...a never ending process.

 

Yep make a list of mods and then get ready to ride. I have never had to wait for a bike so I don't know how that feels. Well be safe and enjoy the new ride.

Exactly what Capn and XL50 said. When I first got my Iron last May 2009, it was so clean looking i thought to myself, "i'm never going to change anything on this bike, it's fine the way it is."

Then late nights of brainstorming for mods kick in. Not so much "mods," but, necessary changes. I did mine in this order: Slip on Pipes, Air Cleaner, Mustang Fastback Seat, and todays new install: Progressive 412 11.5" Rear Shocks.

Have fun with your new bike. Ride carefully.
