thanks. i'm happy with how it turned out. it really is nice to be rid of those mega housings.

let me know if i can help if you ever go that route.

While I would never pay 15k for a 8-9k bike that has been taken 3k away from the direction I would want to go with it, I hope he sells it to someone who is more than happy with it.

Well, got my 48 in.... here she is.

So far, drag bars, tune, exhaust and air cleaner. I can’t believe how nice this thing sounds.

Gonna have to deal with the front turn signals being relocated on the lower part of the forks until I can come out with a better idea..

Here’s a few pics... (sorry, taken from my phone)

What size are your drag bars? It may just be me or the angle of the pictures but they look like they are way long.

Now that I look at the pic, it does look too wide. It’s not though, when I sit on the bike, it’s the perfect width. I’ll measure them.

Mine are 32". And it may be the angle but they look like they are at least 36"+.

Thanks... just out of curiosity, how did you know it was a 2012?

The bike is a BLAST to ride around on... I’ll be putting my custom up for sale now. This is just too much fun, almost like riding a sportbike.
