No rubbing at all. I purchased this fender from Revzilla, but it actually rode kind of high off the rear wheel. So I trimmed the sides a bit and drilled new mounting holes for the bracket and all is good. No issues with the rear wheel touching it. And yes the bike is stock height.

It might depend on the year, but I know wachucko had to do
some spacer changes to get the fitment 'correct' on his 2013 48.
Might search in wachucko's mods thread for details.
