I am running the DK license plate bracket too. That thing is stout.
Thanks! Looking good!

Yeah, it looked like it would inhibit the lean on right hand curves...still interested in the sound.

Hi All, I'm back!

A couple of years ago, by left knee collapsed and I had to have a full knee replacement. Pun intended, as a knee-jerk reaction, I sold my beloved 48.

I recently bought a Breakout and, love it as I do, it has zero practicality for around town riding.

In short, I have a buyer for the Breakout and he happens to have a very nice US-spec 48 for sale. Too many toys hanging off it IMO, but that's easily rectified. The original owner also swapped out the lovely spoked wheels for some mags that I can't stand. Anyway, I have two questions that I hope you may be able to help me with:

1. Where can I get two OEM 48 wheels at a reasonable price?

2. I saw some pics here a while back of some 48's with some chunky tyres fitted and I like them a lot. Can anyone save me clicking through over a hundred pages and point me at the pics of the chunkier alternative tyres please?

Thanks in advance!
