So...How does it ride? Did it just add cushion to the ride or does it help the comfort-ability of the seat For me, I could only sit on the seat for about 30 miles before my butt fell asleep and i was squirming around.

Just picked up my 48. 2011 with drag bars and straight shots. Going to put some lick bags on her as well as I think the mustang seat and rear seat

It does both jobs really well. The extra 1.5" spring travel absorbs all jarring bumps from the road even at high speeds. My spine does not get a beating anymore.

Also since the rear of the seat was lifted and not the front, its position is now slightly tilting forward, sc when you accelerate hard, you do not slip down and back like the original position which was sloping to the back.

The AF Allen wrenches I ordered arrived, so first job was to set about removing the front fender.

Just finished installing the Progressive monotubes and front gators. The front end is now2" lower than stock.

No clearance issues. It balance out the bike, since the back is lower 1". The ride is a smoother and firmer. No more front end dive from braking.
