some incredibly nice bikes in this thread. makes me think I should get a 48 as my next bike..either way theres some good inspiration in this thread for those looking to personalize their bike

I am ordering a 48 instead of a 72 because it would cost a lot more in paint and powder coat to get rid of all the chrome and the grey motor is in the long run a skinny tire on the 48 is cheaper.

Is that a stock 72 AC ? If so did u need to do a thing to get it to mock up and ride right , I am wanting to put one on my 2014 48 , I love the old school look of the round breather

Yeah, it's stock from a 72; found it on eBay. The cover is the HD bobber cover. Direct fit, nothing extra needed. I may be going back to my stock one though, can't decide. If I do, illegal you know... Don't know if anything changed on the air cleaners from '13 to '14 though.

yeah I know it tell me about it dont really look like it but alot of small **** changed in a years time on this model, I am trying to find a 2014 AC just incase bc I believe the air admissions and exhausts on all 14' models were changed. Thanx for the info bro
