There are inductive loops, and infared.

They also sell trigger systems that will make the light turn green when you pull up, not sure if that is legal tho....

In tennessee you are allowed to proceed through the light if your bike does not trigger the change mechanicism.

I think I'm just going to go with the run the red light when my patience runs out method for the time being.
The instructor at a Motorcycle Training Class I took a couple months back said those overpriced magnets and such do not work that well.

Here in California, the law says that the turn can be made after a reasonable wait time. Now IMO, I see that to mean one missed light. I'll be danged if I'm gonna sit there all day.

Not quite yet, but it certainly is headed that way. If I could afford to move out, I would in a heartbeat.

Shelbyville, huh? I've spent quite a bit of time there for work. Kind of getting a craving for some Claudia Sanders now.
I've lived in the ville for 5 years and still haven't been to claudia sanders.

Hit me up next time you're coming this way I'll throw a couple homebrews in the fridge and fire up the grill.
