Stupid Traffic Lights

The square is the inductive loop.
Doing a google on it, there seems to be NO weight triggered systems.
There are inductive loops, and infared.
They also sell trigger systems that will make the light turn green when you pull up, not sure if that is legal tho....

Google "traffic light changer" and there's an overpriced kit that you strap on to the bottom of your bike. However, you can probably make something a lot cheaper since neodymium magnets aren't that expensive and you don't need anything huge.
I think I'm just going to go with the run the red light when my patience runs out method for the time being.

Here in California, the law says that the turn can be made after a reasonable wait time. Now IMO, I see that to mean one missed light. I'll be danged if I'm gonna sit there all day.

Not quite yet, but it certainly is headed that way. If I could afford to move out, I would in a heartbeat.

It's not all bad. We have pretty good gun laws! Hopefully, with the new Governor, attorney general, and some turn over in the General Assembly, things will get even better.
Shelbyville, huh? I've spent quite a bit of time there for work. Kind of getting a craving for some Claudia Sanders now.

Hit me up next time you're coming this way I'll throw a couple homebrews in the fridge and fire up the grill.
