How do you adjust the low fuel warning light ?

I had a problem with my light coming on whenever it felt like and just checked my milage. But last week I moved my coil and when I did it I pulled my main fuse to work on it, since I put it back on the problem went away. It now comes on when I hit about 80 miles give or take like it should. Maybe give that a try, I'd say I had the fuse out about 20 mins or so.

My '48' fuel light is on after 40 miles...

Fuel gauges are crap on Sportsters. As stated, rely on your trip meter.

With a 2.1 peanut, that is about right!
