I have a 2008 1200C. I want to put a peanut tank with a 2" to maybe 3" lift, relocate the speedometer and put drag bars on it. Also relocate the ignition and coils. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I don't like the idea of the speedo being mounted on the forks. I heard it can be mounted onto the tank lift mounts?

Plenty of how to do's posted on tank lift pretty simple,contanct me on my CP and i can post some pointers,can't recall a speedo mounting on tank lift brackets,,where do you mean exactlly....in the gap between bars and tank?H.
