I looked at the OEM windshields and didn't like them. Way too big.
I'll probably design and make my own when I get tired of the bugs in the face. I'll probably go with a tombstone shape that will fit just around the speedo.
To attach/detach I'll probably go with some flipper clamps around the fork tubes with 4 thumbscrews.
I'm also going to make my own back rack.
When I make it I'll post some pics.

i went with the del rey by memphis shades, attaches to the forks so it wont affect
what bars you run and when removed it leaves 4 mounting clamps which to me are not all that noticable

The HD's are completely detachable. I personally don't think the one with black hardware looks too bad at all. Like 1HD1C said, the Memphis Del Ray is detachable, but does leave a small mounting plate on each fork. I had a Memphis Fats on my Boulevard. It was a nice windshield, and the hardware worked very well.
