Both! Hahaha! I am ALWAYS up for a ride and the Rock Store is like my second home. That and Cook's corner. Looking forward to this ride! I can almost taste the shrimp at Neptune's Net already! With the work being done to the highway, I don't know if it is even possible to get up to Newcomb's Ranch right now? Either way, I'm in!

Here's the address to Bob's BB in Burbank. http://maps.google.com/maps/place?q=...69188564152074
Yes, this ride IS ON! Some of my friends plans, but I'm willing to ride anytime, anywhere. Here are some details. I was just at Newcomb's Ranch last Thursday and the 2 FWY is closed for repair, so no 210W to 2N, past Mt. Wilson route. Here's the directions link http://www.newcombsranch.com/home_iframe.htm We may need to change the meeting to Old Town Pasadena at the Ralphs parking lot on at 10:00 A.M. Who ever is down to head to Neptune's Net in Malibu, we can head there directly from Newcomb's. I'm pretty sure it will be packed down there. So here's what I need. Let me know, and the majority wins.
Meeting place: Bob's Big Boy or Old town Pasadena?
Place: Necomb's Ranch or Neptune's Nest? (you can decide if you want the extended ride later).
Bonus: Anybody going to bike nite at The Gasser Lounge on the 29th?

If I haven't sold my Sporty by then, count me in. Heck, even if I sold the Sporty, I can bring out the Heritage. If you can get the Redbull girls out to Burbank, I say Burbank. If not, Old Pas is fine. I don't care.
As for the ride, I don't know about you guys, but my Sporty kills me at anything beyond 50 miles... and the tank is 80 miles range. You guys planning on a lot of stops for gas and breaks?

Yes, they are small tanks but there is a couple of stations at the bottom off the hill. We fill up going up...and onece more coming down. I've put over 125 miles one way with only a fill up for a break on a bobber seat and I pulled through...I was 2inches shorter from the spine compression, but I pulled through.
Jeremy from Redbull just got back to me and said the Redbull girls were being re-booked for a priority gig...no free Bulls;((. The ride is still on and we meet in Ralphs lot in old town Pasadena. Anyone need directions? Let me know and ALL BIKES ARE WELCOME TO RIDE!
