I oredred the 1156 bullet modules from Radiantz on the 30th of last month. Came to a bit over 60.00 with shipping. After a few dews I sent an email asking a for a tracking number, they replied that the order hasn't shipped yet but will tomorrow. A weeks goes by, no word. I call and get put on hold for 10 minutes, a guy gets on the phones, tells me it is the busy season and they should ship tomorrow. This is the second tomorrow I have gotten from them.

Has anyone else dealt with these guys? They have held my money for almost 2 weeks without shipping or initiating contact to inform me of delayed shipping.

I had a 2 week hold on my solo bag but AJ from Licks was really communicative and let me know that before I ordered.

Wht are your guys experiences dealing with Radiantz?

Actually, placed order Thursday, May 6 at 7pm. So essentially Friday

 

I ordered a brake strobe module on may 6th and just received it yesterday the 21st. I called twice and got the "busy season, should ship tomorrow" schtick, but i did receive it. Hopefully you receive your order soon. Good luck.

 

i ordered the dual intensity circuit on tuesday i got ups tracking info yesterday and will be here on wed of next week
