One of the best things i found is SIMPLE GREEN. it works better than that z-100 the dealer sells for cleaning the bike. I spray it let it sit for a few min then hose it down. It takes of grime and bugs both. Then also use a leaf blower to get rid of excess water. Word of caution make sure you use simple green and not the fake/generic stuff as it dries and leaves a film that is a pain to get rid of.
