Default Seat for Mrs new sporty

I just bought my Mrs a 08 XL883. What are some recommendations for a comfy solo seat. This is her first bike and I want her comfy.

Thanks all

Yes on the Mustang. I love mine!
You should know that they add a little to the height do to thicker cushion. Ask before ordering.

have had 3 seats on mine until i discovered my keeper. i no longer have "butt time limits"- i can ride forever. on the prior seats my butt time was about an hour and a half and the +1 butt time was more like an hour.
its a wide mustang- i have the single/ wide which has a large rider and also +1. they do make a rider only version.
will see if i can get a pic for ya

I had my wife pic out a solo seat that she liked the looks of (Le Pera Bare Bones) then took it to the local seat guy & had him shave the sides & totally re-cushion it with memory foam & gel pad stuff. The lady at the seat place took my wife's measurements & they tailored the seat perfectly. It looks the same but she's super happy with it.

They also shaped the pad to position her lower & further forward to better reach the controls. Shaving the sides fixed her being on her tip-toes...lowering the crap out of the bike just wasn't quite enough.

The Brawler made a huge difference over the stock seat for me.

If you're looking for a 2up seat, I just bought a Sundowner and it very comfortable. My wife loves it.

I've tried a bunch, but in all honesty if I'm going to ride a long distance, I put the stocker back on the bike. It sucked at first, but after a few miles, it seemed to break in and get better and better.

Mustang for sure. It is my second bike with a 'stang, and I wouldn't want to give it up for anything. I ride every day, and it is worth its weight.
