My shop will be set up prob around 2nd week of june. There's going to be some R & D but yeah, I can make just about any colour. I have clear and frosted acrylic in stock but can order any colour. Even neons if you're into that. (neon acrylic "glows" along the edges)......

I have a CNC so I can make just about any shape imaginable. I can even do custom engraving on it too. I included a pic so you can zoom in and see the detail that can be produced.

That Gladiator looks cool mounted around the speedo. Going to look into that type of mount.

I've never seen a glass one, the only one's I've seen are acrylic or lexan. To curve that you "oven form" it by heating it up, draping it over a wooden form and letting it cool. lexan is good if you live in East LA. 1/4" is bullet proof up to a .38.

I'd make a blank the right shape, then if someone wanted wings, or a "flip" at the top, I could just add other forms to the blank.

The best looking windshield for any dark custom would be a Harley-style one with the chrome braces powder-coated black and black mounting hardware.

This one?

I would go for it but I just cant justify $349 maybe Im stingy but I feel like thats just waaaay to overpriced. I would be more willing to pay that amount if it were functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Yeah, that's why I'd be doing my hardware all matte black. MAYBE clearcoated raw steel but more n likely all matte.

Seen this picture but not sure who makes it or if it provides much protection. It is cool looking.

If you really think a piece of 1/4" lexan is bullet proof I have a challenge for you. You stand behind a piece doubled up to 1/2'' thick and let me shoot the 38.

If you really think a 1/4" piece of lexan is bullet proof I will challenge you to stand behind a doubled up piece for a total of 1/2" and see if you survive a 38 caliber

Alright, off topic here--but I would take that challenge--I've seen a .38 round shot at center mass bounce of a man's sternum and into his right arm.

REGARDLESS, I'll take a piece of lexan that can provide durable protection while on the road from flying rocks, etc. that come from the road. I'm in for ordering a shield here once the shop is set up, especially with the possible customization. Count me in, contact me.
