Default Do you keep stock parts?

I seem to be accumulating a lot of stock parts (pipes, handbar, guards, stock air filter, etc). Do you guys hold on to it or sell it? There are some things I want to do to my bike and don't really have the funding right now- have been kickin' around the idea of unloading some of that stuff for mod funds.

Thought I'd check ya'lls oppinion on that matter.

Dude, sell it. Unless you plan on returning the bike back to stock at some time.

Reason I am keeping is if hypothetically I were to sell it I imagine it would be easier to sell as stock bike? Maybe I'm just being a little crazy.

well i try keep my OEM for 2 reasons #1) something fails n i need to fix but i'm broke as a motherf--ker, my six is covered by a OEM part i had in a box. #2) on resale your getting $5 grand if its 100% OEM stock or loaded with $20 grand in extras! your getting the same amount so keeping the OEM part will let you sell all your bells n whistles you put on. thats just me but if you ain't got the space you ain't got the space.

true man the only that stops me from kickin azz 24/7 is $$ and women, when i blew out my cyclone 1200 i wanted to keep all the good stuff but ended up selling everything (Tstorm heads too!) to buy a running rez bomb 90s 883 that leaked every where it could possibly leak. got lucky though n bought a bunch XB9 parts to hopefully redo er, this time i'll be good to her.

It's not like you are going to get a lot of cash for the same stock stuff that have come off a gazillion bikes. I just want a little more space and an organized garage. All I have left are my mids, intake/aircleaner and stock exhaust. Gone are the bars, fender and mirrors. I'm keeping the stock two up seat which was replaced by a solo.

I just kept my stock air cleaner and mufflers. Trust me if Obama and Al Gore gets their way on the cap and trade bill we all will be going back to stock for the clean air act of the bill.
