I'm considering adding the short tinted windshield with the black hardware, but only to be used on cold mornings or long roadtrips. My questions are... does the small windshield really provide enough protection to be worth the cost? Secondly...has anyone experienced a lot of buffeting with this windshield? Thanks for the input!

 

NO If the shield does not reach your chin it won't keep you warm.
