Default Ideas for Ness Big Sucker Cover?

I just ordered a Ness Big Sucker I for my Iron, and I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas/pics of "homemade" covers for it?? I've seen a few cool ideas, so I want to get some help getting the creative juices flowing. I have access to a machine shop, so I can make just about anything into a reality, given a direction...... Thanks ahead of time.

If you want something totally different and have people ask you WTF. You could do something cool with the letters "Fe". It's the symbol for Iron on the periodic table. I think the black/chrome contrast always looks good. Be sure to post pics of whatever you come up with. Let us know what you think of the new air intake.

Good Luck

Thanks, guys. I'm looking more for what kind of material to use than anything. If I could have my way, I'd do some sort of black cover with my warfare designators from the Navy.

Here's a temporary cover for my a/c. My buddy is at his machine shop working on the finishing touches for my permanent one. More pics then.....
