Fat bobs are some of the best handling bikes Harley makes so if he's skilled enough, yes, he should win. This is a case where it really boils down to the Indian, not the arrow

I don't care what kind of Harley goes up against another Harley...it really boils down to the rider.

Like Samcro said above, all things being equal, the fat bob shouldn't lose.

So, you're saying your buddy Bob is a fat girl's bike?

It's a riders game man, If you can ride and he can't then you will get him. Who cares what people thnk and like was said I see alot more girls on softtails them sportsters so F the hates and enjoy your bike. I can't stand the looks of the Fat Bob so IMO he has and ugly bike.

like someone said before its the indian not the arrow, all things being equal he should win in a drag, lose in the twisties.....

assuming all things are equal twisties should come down to ground clearance....who has more and can get into the turns faster

Cool Just because I LIKE IT

I own and ride a 1200 Sporty for one and only one reason, I like it!
It fits my persona, I like how it feels, and I like how it makes me feel.

I raced bikes for many years. If I wanted to race I wouldn't do it on a Sporty or a Fat Bob. I’d get a bike built and suited to the type of race I was doing (or build my own). And I certainly wouldn't use the same bike for Drag racing and Road racing.

Just ride and enjoy your bike. Who gives a S#*T what anyone else thinks, says, or brags about.

OH, and one time at the Beach I saw a fat Bob on a skiny Sporty girl.... Not a pretty sight.

No offense but maybe you should tell your friend to grow up.
