Stage 1 - Air Cleaner and Remap on 883
I've been running for the last 2 years with just the RUSH SLIP ONS with no ac or remap. Bike ran "ok" but a little rich in the fule mixture as I always smelled slight gas.
Just got bike back this weekend from the shop after a 5k service and a SE AC and remap and all I can say to those who have not completed their stage 1...DON'T DELAY!!
Bike SOUNDS and RUNS awesome ... ( no gas smell either)
Bike seems stronger in acceleration and just more efficient through out all gears.
THANKS TO ALL WHO GAVE ADVICE IN THE MILLION STAGE ONE DISCUSSIONS

When you say re-map do you mean the HD down load or you have a SERT or PC that you had tuned? I have Martin Bro's pipes and Stage I and I had to get a PC III and custom Dyno tune for my bike to run right as the HD down load did not help. You think it runs good now get a PC III if you don't have on and get a dyno tune and you will be shocked how good the bike runs. My bike is so much faster and rides so much better it's not even funny.
