Michael....which La Pera is that on your Sportster? Is that a 2.2 gallon tank? Looking to improve my seating on my new Forty Eight.

Thanks.

Sundowner!!! Along with RK air shocks. Even the old lady loves it!! Say's a lot when your passenger claims they could ride on your Sporty all day.

I am over 200 lbs and I put a Sundowner on my 2007 XL883 and I rode it over 500 miles that same day. I love my new seat but you are going to get as many different answers to you posted question as people that will respond to it. Good luck with your search for seat comfort and ride safe out there!

Ordered a Sundowner when I bought my bike yesterday. Won't be in until Monday or Tuesday. Hope I like it.

There sure is alot of you liking the sundowner seat. I am about 6' 2" 350 lbs i dont plan on any passangers on my sporty because with the preload all the way up on my shocks i have her pretty well maxed. If I hit a pretty good bump hard enough it bottoms out. Will the rk air shocks help with that? Are they hard to install? I know I need the extended forwards I think that would help out quite a bit too. I think that I am going to go with the 6" extended forwards that i seen on ebay.
