Default Break light does not work

I have an 03 883C and the break light isn't working i have checked the fuses and the bulb they both look good any sugesstins what could be the problem?

Both of my brake switches went bad over that past year ('04 XLC). The rear was a pressure switch that worked off hydraulic pressure. The front is electrical. Actually I went thru 2 rear brake switches in a couple of months. Hope this helps.

the tail light isn't working either

Have you had the switch right switch cover off for any reason? If so, that front brake light switch is very easy to break. If it is broke, both the front and rear brake will not activate the brake light.

Default tai light problem

could it be the load limiter for the Led turn signals? installed two years ago

Does that mean you actually tested them or "looked" at them?

have you bottomed out lately? Check the wire under the rear fender. Even if you haven't bottomed out. I had mine come loose and drag the tire.

pressure switch, went though 2 of the HD ones in a year, swith to the drag one, no problems. 2006 custom
