Woke up the Nightster

I've had two sportsters, both with fwd controls, and I love 'em. I'm only 5-10 but my legs cramp horribly with mid-controls and the angle at which my legs have to sit causes a lot of pain in my hips. Forward controls not only gives me a little more room to stretch the legs but I find it a much more natural riding position for me.

How's that Fastback seat working for you? More or less comfortable for the rider? I like how well it preserves the lines of the bike, but need to be sure it's comfortable before I make a $300 mistake, you know? Knowing your size and riding style would be helpful as well...

Sorry guys, I haven't been checking this thread. Let me see if I can answer some questions even though I no longer have the bike
thedeave: there will be a slight gap but send a little time adjusting it and you can reduce it somewhat. It's been a while since I did it so I can't remember the exact details of what I did sorry.
Chi6er: Thats the kit. Fits fine.
tekdiver500ft: The seat is not comfy for the rider at all. Leaps and bounds better for the driver though. She ended up telling my to trade the bike in on a bigger bike so she would have a better ride. Couldn't argue with that!
