Default Pillion Pad for a Nightster

I have an 09 Nightster and i've recently been thinking about allowing the ol' lady on the bike with me for short periods of time. I'm like a dog guarding his food with this bike.....ITS MINE!!

I just got back from Daytona 2010 and saw many pillion pads that look too big for the smaller rear fender on the Nighty. Has anyone picked up a pillion pad that works or have a website with a few to choose from?

Any suggestions would help.

Thanks.

I have an official HD pillion pad, we take 300 mile rides pretty regular, the complaining isn't any more than usual.

Yeah, the HD one is not bad. Looks a bit ugly, but you are supposed to be riding it not watching it, right? Easy on/off as needed.

For looks, the Phantom Pad will do the job. Got be a gloss paint though...

for riding I would go with the P-pad from Harley. It is more comfortable and bolts on easy. I do suggest something between it and the fender because it will scuff the paint. The suction cup pads are not comfortable at all. However, alot of people like the butt buddy.

Riding with the Mustang Tripper Solo and Tripper rear seat for the lady. She is good from about 45 minutes.

Anybody try using the HD p-pad with the Mustang?

Hate to waste the $99 I paid for the HD AND have to buy the Mustang one only to use it 8-10 a year for the lady...
