I was just seeing what helmet everyone uses?
Do any of you use full-face helmets or half-face? which brand?
- does it depend on the circumstance like long trips or bar hopping?

I just recently bought 2, 1 full face Shoei RF-1100, and 1 half from HD.

I wear a Daytona half helmet since it was the smallest DOT helmet I could find.

 

Full Face for winter, Skid lid in summer

 

I have a half, 3/4, and a full face.

 

1 full face, 2 half. Prefer the HD half.

 

i have one of each, use my fullface mostly cuz i want to look pretty in my coffin

i have a couple of Shoei RF1000
i wouldn't think of ever riding without a full face helmet on.
i've been in 2 serious accidents, both of which, my helmets at the time sustained significant damage to the face/jawline while leaving me without a scratch. not to mention that the statistics all show that 30% of fatal head trauma from motorcycle accidents happens in regions not covered by a brainbucket or 3/4th helmet (don't ask me to link you the proof i got it from my MSF class lol)
