Does anyone have the 27.5" drag bars from Flanders (http://www.sideroadcycles.com/americ..._Narrow.html)?

I'm wondering if getting the narrower bars would make it hard to fit the controls on them. Any suggestions on which ones to get?

I also found Licks has drag bars that are 30" for $20 less than Flanders.

Depends on how fast, how far,and how long.I run clubmans on my SV which are lower than drag bars and I typically do 80 on the freeway. At that speed the wind resistance takes the pressure off your wrists and it's pretty comfy for about an hour at a time. The lower bars also take pressure off your butt and lower back. But they do increase pressure on your neck.I have mini apes on my Street Bob pretty much all the pressure is on my hands, shoulders and butt. The Street Bob is more comfortable at lower speeds and especially with a passenger for a back rest.Drag bars are not uncomfortable at all if you haul *** but there's a reason they don't put them on touring bikes.

PS the bars in my sig pic are flat track bars which are a good compromise between the two.
