Default why aren't you guys going with bar end mirrors?

Instead of the flip?
The 48 I'm already drawing up plans for will have bar ends on some narrower beach bars

Flip is free, plus less vibration than bar ends I would think.

You hit the nail on the head there, at least the free part, the bar end on my Suzi cost more than the clubmans. Looks sexy though

Schu, You must REALLY like the new 48's. I can tell it's been keeping you up at night!! I like them a lot myself. The more I look at it, the more I want one. I could come up with a lot of cool ideas for that bike!!!

been thinking of how to pull the bladder oil tank and replace it with a real round one, and where to stick a battery tray mount.
Also thinking you could cut the frame right behind the shocks, and put a real bobber rear fender on it. Like you said, there's tons of stuff you could do to one.
