Exclamation All of you ape guys!!!! Check this out!!!!

I have some 16'' Nash Gimp Apes and need to know the lengths of all the new Cables and Lines that I'll need (Clutch,Throttle, Brake line) I know theres some guys out there that know what I need, Help a guy out here!!!!

The most accurate way to determine proper cable/hose lengths is to install new bars then use a piece of stiff wire bent to conform to cable/hose paths, then straighten out the wire and measure it.

Go to Magnum Shielding and read their suggestions

I also just put 16in apes on my sportster. I went with the Burly narrow apes but i dont think it should matter. Burly sells the cable and wire kit for sprotster that are all ready the leanth you need no need to measure or anything. I put mine on just yesterday and took no time at all. All the cables fit perfectly. Easiest job i have done yet. You can order them from J&P Cycles. Good luck and enjoy.

I am looking at licks custom cycle 16" narrow glide bars with 5" center. Hope to have them done in a week or so.
