ok witht he new paint scheme i have and also the fact i only ride solo looking to get a new seat. right now i have a harley solo seat from an 883 low. and man does this seat suck anything more then 45 min of riding and u start to feel it. it doesnt seem to have a lot of cushioning. i was in my local dealer the other day and saw that the reg 883 seat is thicker. was thinking of either getting that or a mustang seat. so my question is does anyone here have a mustang seat if so do you like it

I don't mean to slap your post, BUT I also have a question about seats.. I am 6 ft tall, and the seat I have is stock. I have a 2005 883 custom. I kinda sit half way betwen the front and rear seats. is there a seat out there, that can push me back about 4 inches?

I got the mustang vintage wide 1 piece the seat felt firm to the touch when I took it out of the box and was worried, but once I rode on it much better than the stock seat.

 

I love my mustang seat. I have a 2005 XL1200C. I baught the mustang seat with the backrest on it and I love it.

 

Love mine - if you go to their website, they have a specific section dedicated to Mustang seat owners who ride Sportsters. Customer service is top-notch too.
