Could you please post some pics, folks on here have a keen eye for some obvious warning signs. And I want to see it, it sounds like a nice bike but as a rule of thumb you never get out of a bike what you put into it in customization. Plus the ad said it had custome tins. They could be butt ugly and even for a great deal who wants to ride a bike with a BS paintjob.

You do not want a 100 HP Sportster for a First Bike .. As Stated before find a good low Mileage used one 2004 and up for as little as 4K if know where to look ...

Thanks for all the replys! Alright got a picture, hopefully it works.

Yes this would be the first bike I have actually owned but my friend has a spare that I have have pretty much stolen and finally decided I need my own because he is going to sell it this spring, so other words I feel pretty comfortable on a bike, but I am worried about all the stuff that has been customized a few people told me that if this much stuff has been done to it there is definitely something wrong or was wrong and it will probably be horribly unreliable. Here is the picture, I go look at it next week, any concerns you guys can see with it?

If I had the cash I would go buy one but since I have had a hard time selling the car I figured this would be an easy way to get my bike.

Thanks again!

I paid $6,800.00 for my '07 xl1200l this past summer. It is stock. Part of getting a harley is making it your own. I will start customizing this spring. What i want done by the people i trust. When two wheels are all thats between you and the ground, trust is all you have. I would look around some more if i were you. Good luck

I'd run away from that bike as fast as my legs could carry me.

Just sayin'.

Nothing wrong with a customized bike. Just be prepared to pay more for repairs if needed and possible delay in getting custom parts
