Default small hands .. Is there a replacement/adjustment for controls

I am tall for a girl but I have really small hands. To put in prespective for you guys who have gotten a ring for a girl. When I was engaged when I was young my ring was sized to 4 1/4 .. The girls at the shop where trying to figure out who got a diamond for a little girl. I have normal arm length so I don't need different handle bars. After a few hour my hands start hurting because they are fully stretched while riding. Is there a clutch level and front brake leverage that is smaller to help with those of us who have small hands? Or is there an adjustment I can do?

I thought I had remembered seeing something that would work, so I hunted around. On the Kuryakin site I found 2 sets that are for smaller hands, the Trigger set and the Boss set......but unfortunatly they won't fit 2004 to 2009 Sportsters! Any way, this is where I found them and maybe you can find something else similar. http://www.kuryakyn.com/index.cfm/go...atID/9/scID/10
Sorry that these won't work, but they are probably what you want. Maybe keep an eye on their site, in case they come out with some for your bike.

Thanks you guys that is exactly what I need. It does look like the metalartsinc has ones that fit a 04-09 sportster. They aren't cheap but given how my hands feel at the moment I may need to get them sooner rather than later..

There are also adjustable levers on my two Buell motorcycles. The adjustment brings the levers closer to the handlebars. You can buy the adjustable levers at your local HD dealer and you can also look into aftermarket levers for Buell motorcycles too. Good luck with your search Liz and ride safe out there.

P.S. I was born and raised in Arlington, VA. and my grandparents live in MD down by Point Lookout. I hope that your Winter ends SOON so that you can get back to some riding!

could you not have a metal shop mod your current levers ? one would think a little heat and some applied persuasion would be cheaper then buying new and would get them closer to the bars?

Harley also makes reduced diameter hand grips, I put a set on my wifes bike because she has really small hands, they helped her a lot.

Have you also thought about getting the adjustment to loosened up the clutch. I've had some clutches be really tight which required some effort, and some that were loose, that required no effort at all.
