I have seen the Mobil oils outperform other brands of oils in aircraft engines. Both in wear and coking of turbine and piston engines. We would inspect the oil filters and there were fewer particles in the eggines running mobil vs the other brands. It made the choice clear since obviously they know what they are doing.

Then seeing the experts around here recomending the same thing just made for a good confirmation on it.

And yes I am laughing about the oil discussion yet again myself LOL.

This is always an entertaining discussion. I don't understand why people ask for help, but then question people that have scientific and practical facts to back up their advice.

Just put Wesson oil in your damn bike.

Peanut Oil handles heat better than Wesson Oil ....

Maybe so, but due to high volume of people who are allergic to peanuts, or their by-products.......Wesson oil is the best choice between the two.
