I have the fuse block problem with my 2007. It's a water intrusion problem caused by a poor design that seems to allow water to run down the harness and get into the back of the block, at least that is what I observed. I looked for a TSB and there wasn't one for my bike. Every month I pull the fuses and relays to check for corrosion, clean the bayonet contacts, spray some contact cleaner into the fuse/relay base, and coat the contacts with dielectric grease, then squirt more into the base.
I've had two relays and several fuses corrode beyond repair before I started paying close attention to the mess.

[QUOTE=WRAITH;5998131] Unfortunately The dmm doesn't put enough load on the circuit to show the fault.QUOTE] The meter does not need to load the circuit. The electrical circuit will if you do a voltage drop test.If you used the ohm or continuity scale on the meter, you tested the circuit the wrong way.Google voltage drop testing if you want to see how to do it.

The dealer kep my Sporty all day, but in the end, sent me home with it at no charge. They did the fuse block grease job and noted that they couldn't be sure it was fixed because they couldn't keep it overnight to see if the batt help up.
Restored my faith in the dealer, and was happy to be in the wind again.
It's supposed to rain tomorrow - I'll see how it holds up.
